Welcome to the second round of Colour Focus! Just a reminder, here is this month's inspiration:
Let's see what the Froglets have come up with:
Annlouise made use of Pharmacy and Paper Chains to come up with this summery LO:
Audrey decorated an academic planner as a gift for her son's teachers using De Louiseville alphabet set.
Nat produced a glorious hawaiian themed card making use of De Louiseille Alphabet set.
Her tip: the De Louisville stamp set is also perfect for tropical and Hawaiian themes - it just goes so well with these bold and zingy colours. If you're planning a nice tropical BBQ or cocktail party, it would be great to use it for your own personal invites or even for place cards.
Finally, Sharmaine used the 'ad' as a sketch inspiration and ended up with a 6x12 layout. She used a Superlicous stamp with versamark ink (an easy way to add another colour to the paper). The words came from Retro Space stamps. She used the "reach for the stars" stamp to make the READ.
The summer holidays have started in the UK. We hope you have been inspired by our summery interpretation of the theme! If you do any stamping, do share with us on our Flickr gallery! Until then, happy stamping!
