Hi everyone!
Today's project of the day focuses on one of my favourite design and pattern accents of the moment. If you are a fan of pendants and banners, well you'll love kite tails - they're so easy to do, and oh so pretty!
But can you guess which Banana Frog stamp set was used to create this versatile little accent?
Nope?
It's the little teardrop petal from the Super Dreamy set!
Who'd have thought that such a teeny stamp would make such a fab design?
And what better way to show off a kite tail, but on a kite?!
Before adding any of the details, I machine stitched where I wanted the tail to go on my card blank, built up the card then stamped away.
I also used the Retro Greetings set for the greeting, and used the little flower from Super Dreamy to add the finishing touch.
But it doesn't stop there...
I also love that this pattern can be used to create borders.
It's so pretty and really hard to stop!
You'll definitely be seeing kite tails on more of my cards, that's for sure!
really cool, with the same stamps ( I just got them from FROG HOP) I stamped dragonflies, quite nice too!!! have a great day!

The kite was so adorable! I missed the days when we go out and let the kite fly away!
