We had so many wonderful submissions for the 2010 Banana Frog design team that in addition to our amazing design team, each month we will have a guest designer showing you fantastic creations. The guest designer will have two days to show their lovely projects, 1st and 20th of the month.
This month we are delighted to welcome Mija! Mija is from Sweden and you can see more of her beautiful creations on her blog. You can see Mija's first 3 projects here. We sent Mija the Christmas Elegance, FT Rosecube and Swirls stamps to play with and she has brought us another gorgeous project.
Mija has created a stylish winter layout using a tone on tone effect. It is just stunning.
For this wintery layout, Mija used the Christmas Elegance stamps. She created a background by clear, heat embossing the snowflake from the set and some masks before using Glimmer Mists and Distress Inks.
Mija also used Picket Fence Crackle Paint over the stamping to give a more snowy look.
