This month for my PoTD I've chosen the 'build a daisy' set to work with - or rather 'play' with because when I sat down with this set I just played with the pieces to see what I could make out of them... and now I am a BIG fan of this set!!
The set has so many great little motifs... petals, centres, leaves, words and lines - what more could you ask for!
Here are the cards I made the one on the left also uses a greeting from 'Simple Greetings' , and the big dotty circle (one of my FAVE motifs) is from 'Super Dreamy' - thats one of the great things about Banana Frog stamps - they can be mixed and matched.
I built the main flower from single petals, the small green flowers were created by using the leaf motifs - which created really pretty flowers! The lines are created by slightly curving the line of dots - which doesn't harm the stamp but always store it back in its straight line.
So those are my 'build a daisy' cards - very summery don't you think? As is the weather - long may it continue - fingers crossed!
I'll be back on the 26th for a Lilypad lesson, until then take care and happy stamping!
PS - don't forget to upload your lovely creations to the BF flickr pages..
