There are so many different Christmas colour schemes available now that we don't have to stick to traditional red, green and gold to decorate our homes any more so if you fancy something a little more adventurous then how about a Banana Frog tree to decorate your mantelpiece with...
I used BamPop papers stamped with Banana Frog Pattern Block and Circus Stories stamp sets to create the 'leaves'. The leaves were then stuck to a chipboard cone (the type used to wind wool onto) in layers until I reached the top.
The top of the tree was topped off with the stars from the Circus Stories stamp set mounted onto wire to give the tree some life and finally finished with some sparkle!
Enjoy!

A tree as nice is this is surely not just for Christmas though??? Love the idea of stamping onto already patterned papers :D
